Police responding to Parks Road followed the trail find Francisco Molina, 40, of Dover, behind the wheel of his car in a yard Monday around 11:40 p.m., Denville PD Capt. Jeffrey Tucker said.

He was arrested and taken to police headquarters on charges of reckless and careless driving, consent to breath samples, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident and DWI, police said.
